When you apply for a learnership opportunity it is crucial to understand the commitment you as a learner will receive from all the parties involved in the Learnership process. A Learnership is successful and adds value to the market when all parties are committed to offering the learner opportunities to obtain a qualification with the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

doro-ella (Pty) Ltd in partnership with The Wink Movement offers learnerships that holds all parties to the agreement accountable, the learner must be committed and need to grow and be active in the market, a training provider with great content, great processes, and great mentorship, and an organisation sponsoring and/or hosting the learnership who does not do it as a tick box exercise but because they believe in lifelong learning and to make a difference in people's lives.

Our client currently has various learnerships opportunities which they would like to offer to successful individuals who will be hosted and gain workplace experience in a Church in Midrand. The Chruch is modern and has a passion to contribute more to society, the church is not so much about a place but more about the people God has set on dynamic pilgrimage, reaching out and crossing paths, borders, divides, and gaps everywhere. The church trust that it is the Cross of Jesus Christ that inspires, and impacts lives everywhere…
